I don’t normally give five star to anything but this simple TV wall mount earned it. It is simple design and very high quality of manufacturing. Unlike most products from China the instructions are usually hard to understand and inhumane, this one has a clear easy to follow instructions. We use it to mount our new Sumsung 55” TV above the fireplace. Took me 15 min to mount the whole thing.

I purchased this item after checking out the reviews. The mount was fairly easy to install, but I can see where it might be easy to install it a little crooked like some of the one star reviews indicated. The part that bolts to the wall is two pieces. When you screw them together, make sure the pieces are even. Great mount, at a great price.

I purchased this item to mount a 75-inch television on the wall of our entertainment room. For the price, I’m extremely pleased.The item arrived undamaged in secure packaging. All parts were accounted for. Assembly and installation instructions were clear and easy to follow.The cardboard mounting template was especially helpful for installation. It features a dot that corresponds to the center of the wall plate and a dotted line that corresponds to the outer edges of the wall plate. I marked wall center and rail height on the wall with a pencil. Then, using a tripod-mounted cross-line laser level, I aligned the vertical line with the center mark and the horizontal line with the rail-height mark. Finally, I taped the template to the wall, making sure the center dot was on the center line and the upper dotted line was on the rail-height line. I used the template to mark hole locations, drilled pilot holes, and fastened the wall plate to the wall with the included lag bolts. The final installation was incredibly secure and perfectly level.If stud locations in your space don’t allow for precise centering of the wall plate, you can slide the TV along the wall-plate rail to achieve a centered appearance.Although the mount comes with a small level,the quality seems suspect, and I’m not sure I’d trust it. Use your own level if you have one, just to be safe.Overall, this is a fine product at an attractive price point. Highly recommended.

Tip: DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN the screws going into the back of the TV.PROS:These are real reviews not bought off in exchangefor a free mount. These types of 'reviews' seem to be commonplace on amazon these days.The directions are the best I've ever seen included with a mount. (Most people should not need them just use common sense) Don't install the mount with drywall anchors when planning to hang your 75" TV LOL!!CONS:Thin gauge steel. Not made near as robust as the mounts that were selling just a few years ago. Those were nearly twice the thickness as this one. I could kick myself for selling the one I had.I would be leary of hanging anything over 55"The itsy bitsy level is worthless. Use a 2' level for accuracy.

Bought one for every tv in our house, so now they all can be swapped around easily if needed. Very easy to assemble and install. I have my 75in on this as well, very sturdy. Great quality, tilts up or down, no extending or left and right tilt. Great tv mount and good price.
