We currently accept the following payment methods:
Prepaid and Visa-based e-Dirham cards are also accepted, provided they carry a Visa or Mastercard logo.
All transactions are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may apply a small foreign exchange or conversion fee.
Payments are processed securely through encrypted gateways. Desertcart does not store your full card information.
When a payment attempt is made, your issuing bank may perform a temporary authorization for $0 or $1 to verify your card's validity. This is not an actual charge and is automatically reversed by your bank once verification is complete.
We accept international cards from any country, provided they carry a Visa or Mastercard logo. All payments are processed in AED. Depending on your bank, a foreign currency conversion fee may apply.
Cardholders from Dubai Islamic Bank, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, or Emirates Islamic Bank who experience issues can contact our support team at +971 4 5616852 after placing an order for assistance.
Card declines can occur for various reasons, including incorrect card details, expired cards, insufficient funds, or your bank's automated security filters.
If your card is declined:
Approved refunds are issued as store credit within your Desertcart account. Refunds are processed within 48 hours after confirmation of eligibility.
