I’ve burnt one of the cones so far and it looks great :) and it’s really nice too ! both the main part and the flower seem to be ceramic, and it came with around 20 back flow cones, some incense sticks, the mat, and a pair of tweezers as well. The incense cones aren’t really anything to brag about but they work and just smell like a campfire, but I suppose that could be appealing. The packaging was great too ! All came in one piece in a sturdy box and the flower was even wrapped in bubble wrap. Overall I really enjoy it and can’t wait to use it more ! :) One thing I’ve noticed is that some of the reviewers have is how it doesn’t do the back flow thing, but it takes a bit before it gets to the actual backflow part and you also cannot do it in a drafty room ! It won’t work if you do. Anyway, hope this review helped :)! If you’re thinking about getting it, then get it!!!!

The media could not be loaded. I love the holder itself, it’s beautiful and it’s very soothing watching the smoke travel down BUT I made the mistake of sitting it on my white nightstand. I used a pink incense cone from another vendor on Amazon and as some of the smoke exited the holder it turned a section of my nightstand pink. I think it’s removable but just a warning to other buyers. As you can see in the picture it’s a circle of pink beside the holder and in the video I placed the top that the holder came in underneath the holder. The cones do run out very fast about 5-7mins per cone. I bought some incense sticks from another vendor and they of course lasted longer. Other than the smoke coloring my nightstand it works perfectly fine. The only other thing I can think of is that maybe there should be a metal scooper included to remove the cone when it’s done burning because once u touch it the cone crumbles and as well as the sticks, the ashes get everywhere and it’s a little tedious to wipe down.

Just received in the mail today and while it was decently packaged, I can see how it could be damaged during shipping if handled roughly. Luckily, mine arrived perfectly intact and included all expected pieces ( I ordered the Buddha/Lotus one). It's super pretty, but fragile so take care when unpackaging and display it in a safe area. The backflow worked well enough, but not long, maybe 7 or 8 minutes - still pretty mesmerizing.Many people are complaining about the scent of the included cones, I personally really like it.All in all, I love it and am happy with my purchase. Would recommend even though I'm sure I'll end up shattering the poor thing at some point.

I gave this as a Christmas gift to my wife who is very happy with it. My only criticism would be that the lotus flower doesn’t fit in the palm of the flat hand as seen in other pictures posted, sits on the wrist. Makes it a little unsteady so, she puts it on the mat in front of the hands.

The holder itself is cute. However, the scents smell horrible, it just smells like a campfire. & the scents burn super quickly. Also, the cone scent needs to be sitting on the holder perfectly or it will fall.

It working the smoke os literally falling like waterfall. And it makes very nice smell. The only minus of this construction is that after use, the spot where the cone burned is smelling like wet burned coal. And it's not very good smell. I wash it every time we use it at home cause my GF don't like the smell. My mom too doesn't liked it. Not for everyone. But I love it.
