Loud colours but does it shout value for money
Used the item once since purchase.In comparison to a reel that I bought more than 20 years ago, (which is still in use) I found 3 things that I thought were worth mentioning.The reel is a bit stiff in rotating when pulling cable out and reeling in.The plastic from which it is made I though was less robust.The actual cable (sleeve) seemed to be of a poorer quality and its longevity may be compromised.Maybe things have changed in 20 years?Three points I thought that was a bonus -The hi-vis colour means I can spot it in my congested shed more quickly and as an alert others if in use.The 'ON' light is a good safety/convenience feature.The overheating cutout feature is a good safety feature.

Robust & well made.
Lightweight. Rewinding the cable is not as smooth as I would like (Cable has a tendency to get caught in the framework) but that might be due as much to my clumsiness as any design shortcoming. Overall, Iām pleased with the flexibility it provides to my use of power tools/equipment especially outdoors.
