Water leaks from almost everywhere
I was very excited regarding this product but by the time it reached me it was in a very good condition to use and I opened the product. I used it for like 2 1/2 hours but it started leaking from everywhere and because of this leakage, my laptop got damaged with water and now it’s not working so I would not recommend this product to anyone

Worst product & service
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the Kent Dew Humidifier that I recently purchased. Within just 5 days of usage, the product developed a water leakage issue, which resulted in a short circuit with visible sparks when I attempted to turn it on—posing a serious safety hazard.I promptly raised a service request via the Kent app, only to find that the product was incorrectly marked as “out of warranty”—despite being well within the initial purchase period. Although I received a message stating that a service engineer (Harish) would visit, no one ever turned up, and the service request was closed automatically without resolution.This pattern has now repeated five times: I’ve raised multiple complaints, and each time, the request is closed without any action taken. No engineer visits, no follow-up calls, and no resolution.This level of service is unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on Kent’s after-sales support. Not only was the product defective, but your support system has completely failed to provide a remedy, even for a product under warranty.

Poor customer service
Non existent customer service. My machine stopped working. I was promised a replacement 3 weeks ago. Neither have I received the replacement, nor have I received any communication. The one contact number I was given is not being answered
