Batteries were out. l had a hard time finding new batteries. All in all the set is ok to travel with my insulin and others.

Very nice size as you have room to put other items in it , and it's made very well.Really like the color.

Didn’t keep my insulin at right temp on plane

I bought this to keep my meds cool while traveling. It is a little bigger than expected, but I like it very much. I ordered it early to make sure it works as needed. It has enough space to hold all appropriate items.

Kept the temperature okay, however, after fitting 2 cold packs it came with there wasn’t enough room to fit the pen, the needles and the test strips. The zipper won’t close so I had to use one cold pack to barely fit my pen and a few needles. It’s a shame as the item description indicated it had enough room for everything but it does not.

Hard case is great, Penty of room for ice pak and insulin supplies.

This is not fit for purpose

Plenty of room and keeps everything organized....Have taken this on several trips...Thanks for making a handy product!
