Hi agonized over a new office chair to buy as I work from home two days a week. I wanted something that was comfortable with adjustable arms, a lumbar support and a Headrest. It was easy to assemble. It came in a very compact box that was damaged. This didn’t seem to impact the chair at all there was an indent in the memory foam because of the way it was packed as stated by others. I had the chair now close to three weeks and dent is still there that seems like a packaging floor. The chair is comfortable and does everything that it says it will do I’ve said others that have a nicer foam on the base that are slightly more comfortable, but that said this is not uncomfortable, and if you’re on a budget, it’s a great chair.

Set up was very simple the screws are set up to be installed in one part of the assembly. So you open the screw pack when you are putting one part together.Someone mentioned in the videos that the cushion is a little thin after sitting in the chair for several hours. Sadly I find that is true ;with me as well. I have placed additional padding to make the chair more comfortable to me. But I weigh over 200 pounds and someone of less weight might not need the extra cushioning.

Comes in several pieces,but is very easy to put together. Everything is in the box. I love my chair it is very comfortable.

It's not a bad chair, and for the price it's probably OK. However, the shoulders are too short for even a 5'11" man. The lumbar support has too much lumbar support at even the minimum setting, and the head rest is seated too far dorsally to actually rest your head on. It's just a kinda uncomfortable chair for an adult man.

Comfortable chair easy to put together

Really easy to put together. Really good instructions and very well organized. The booklet was written large enough to read and the picture diagram in perfect order. Came quickly and was light enough for me to carry alone.

Do not waste your money with this product. Holes did not lineup for chair baseplate during assembly, cushion was harder than a rock after a month or so, and the headrest can't even be utilized due to angle/ being so far behind the chair.

Like: backrest is comfortable for long sitting times. Mesh back allows for ventilation. Nice that the armrests fold out of the way which is useful when working at a desk.Dislike: Seat cushion is way too thin for average weight person, 120 to 180lbs. Causes sore butt syndrome after a couple hours. Using an additional cushion on the seat area eliminates the issue.
