Purchased this (expensive) dock to go with my new MacBook Pro M4 Max, as I wanted to have 2 x 4k displays and 2 x external USB hard drive connected.The FusionDock Pro 1+ was packaged well and looks nice out of the box. The compliments stop there. Getting this thing connected was a nightmare! The documentation leads you in circles and at the end of it all, the thing just does not do what it says it will do. I tried going to their site to see if there were any driver updates, but there were only drivers for Windows.Displays came on and off intermittently and when I plugged my hard drive into (any) USB port the Mac displayed a message saying 'disconnect the device that is using too much power'.I would not recommend purchasing this product and certainly not at nearly €300!The bottom line is, I connected my old MOKIN (€25) device and guess what? It works perfectly with no external power supply, runs both my 4k monitors and 3 x external hard drives flawlessly. I feel like an idiot for buying the Ivanky product now.
