Wasn’t quite sure what to expect, needed flour for a recipe, took to Amazon and found their own brand. For the price it’s a great flour to have at hand. We made dumplings, cookies, scones and cake with this flour. All turned out perfect and delicious, of course they can’t all have been perfect purely because of the flour, the cooking skills make a big difference. Compared to other flours we have used, this one definitely faired up great.The flour arrived safely, well packaged and on time. The packaging the flour comes in is great quality, it feels and looks better quality than supermarkets own brands. For the price you can’t knock it, I’m sure we will be buying more.
