Connector may not match.
In my case the connector was too big so I had to splice my old one. Minus a star. Other than that good replacement

Works perfectly
I wrote a one star review for this product. My voltmeter showed these power supplies had an output of 32VDC. I was really mad. I decided that all power supplies probably had a similar problem, so I bought a nice 12VDC 2A voltage regulator with a nice LED readout showing the input and output voltage. It supported input voltages as high as 40VDC with an adjustment to set it to 12VDC output.I connected this power supply to the voltage regulator and the voltage regulator showed 12.4VDC as its input. Wait!! My trusty old voltmeter, with a new battery showed 32VDC. I ordered a new voltmeter on Amazon and the new voltmeter showed 12.4VDC for the output of these power supplies.I feel bad. I gave this product a 1-star rating and it wasn't a problem with this product. Instead my trusty, 20-year-old voltmeter let me down. I introduced it to my garbage collector and he took it to -- wherever they take my garbage. And now, I have rewritten this review as a 5-star review. These power supplies work great. Buy one. Buy two. Oh wait, they come 2 to the package. Buy two packages.Actually, I chose these power supplies because they are a single block plug with the wire. So many 12V power supplies have a standard wall plug and a wire that connects to a separate block which then connects to a wire that goes to the device. That's too much wire to have to deal with. I wanted a block that plugs into the wall. This is perfect.

these work great... as advertised

Great for 'Inflatables' upgrades.
When I replaced the LED's in two 15 plus year old inflatables I ran into an Amperage problem. The original adapters were rated to barely meet the fans' needs. Now /w triple LED replacements the plugs got warm/hot fast! These Power adapters at 2.0 amps solved the issue perfectly. The Barrel Plug Adapter makes it a snap to snip the old plug wire and replace. As I am using them outside I did add a bit of liquid tape to them as weather proofing. When I take down the Christmas display I can just unplug at the Barrel and store them away.(At that time I will remove screw type barrel adapter w/ a permanent female barrel, then solder and 'shrink' the cord.)This will allow me to use these 2 amp plugs for other applications like my Halloween Display.I have had issues before, in other DC Adapters, w/ the area where the cord enters the adapter. If they are going to be pulled on or plugged/unplugged at lot they can get a bit loose. So I added a little hot glue purely as a preventive. The two smaller inflatables here are drawing just 1.9 amps in total w/ the new triple LED's.There old adapters were rated at 1.0 and .6 amps.......These 2 new DC 2.0 amp adapters don't even get warm.

Accurate 12 VDC Output
I needed a low current 12 VDC power adaptor that I could splice to a Marine LED lamp. This met the requirement and easily spliced into the small gauge wire on the LED lamp. The output was a steady 12 VDC which I needed.
