This is a very nice product. The company was very thorough to make sure I was ordering exactly what I wanted. They arrived very quickly. It was easy to install. The blind operates very smoothly and does a good job darkening my bedroom. Reasonably priced. I ordered two more.

The media could not be loaded. We were torn between sheer curtains and blinds, but we’re so glad we went with these motorized window blinds. We needed something to block the strong sun that comes through our half-round windows, and these do the job perfectly. They sit up near the molding and almost disappear when fully raised, which keeps the look clean and modern.One feature we especially love is the remote control with a heart-shaped button—you can program it to go to your favorite position. Ours is set to a little more than halfway down, which blocks the direct sunlight but still keeps the room feeling bright and open. It’s the perfect balance.Setup did take a little time, especially connecting to the optional bridge for Alexa integration, but it was absolutely worth it. Now we can just say, “Alexa, open the blinds,” or “Alexa, close blinds to 75%,” and it works like a charm. These blinds are smart, stylish, and totally worth the investment!This blind is Jacquard white, half shading, outside mount, reverse roll.

I am giving a five star review based on the seller’s integrity. See the previous review below. Eventhough I received a blind that had a very short battery life, the seller eventually contacted me and refunded the cost of the blind. Unfortunately this was after our interior designer purchaser another blind from a different seller, which functions well. I believe my experience was most likely a fluke due to the sellers response. I do appreciate that I did not have to pay for a defective item.Here was my original review:I am giving this product 1 star due to the low battery life. After charging the device fully for 12 hours I am only getting ten total cycles before the battery dies. I have repeated this cycle approximately 7 times without any additional improvements. The rest of the blind’s features function well and the blind looks beautiful.Side note: I have 12 similar blinds installed in my home and the most I need to charge any of the other blinds is every 4 months.I tried to contact the seller and I have heard nothing back. Also these are non refundable/returnable as they are custom made.

Good product. Programming is an extremely complex. Should be simplified

The blinds were finally delivered after some delays by customs. I was not aware that they would be shipped from China. I ordered 3 blinds and it was a bit difficult for me to follow the instructions to program finally get them to all work together from a single remote. I never was able to get them to work with Alexa. It seems that my version of Echo Show requires that the blinds work properly from the phone app and I cannot get the phone app to recognize my blinds.

I may have written one or two reviews in my life, usually for bad products. I have honestly never found a product that I was so pleased with I felt that I should write a review.We searched for blinds for our new house for months, all the box stores, the custom window treatment stores, etc. No matter how you slice it, even with the best sales of the year you will pay $400 per window for basic motorization at these places, more if its smart. We found Yoolax and bought all the samples, finally settling on different selections for every room because there were so many great color selections.I screwed up my order and decided to downgrade to the RF only hub (I bought a Bond bridge for my fans already, and this saves $40 per blind). The seller responded immediately, downgraded the motor to the RF motor that I wanted, and even threw in an extra remote just to be nice.Delivery took 7 days to the eastern US during the holiday season, so even with the customization, they are doing well with shipping.Installation was extremely simple, note that the instructions to leave something to be desired, and for my inside window installation it was much better to mount the brackets to the vertical sides of the window opening rather than the top. This allows the shade to sit much closer to the top of the window, and must be the intended location by the manufacturer because my blinds opened EXACTLY to the bottom of the window opening, I didnt have to do any fine tuning at all.With the RF motor, the bond hub picked the remote up immediately, imported all the controls, and I was controlling my shades with my Alexa, phone, remote and a wall switch all within minutes. I was worried about the RF motor being an older or less reliable version, but it is much quieter than expected and seems to have no integration issues with my smart systems.Only things I wish they did differently1) The remotes are actually really nice looking, and magnetically drop into their mount which is nice, however, the remote cannot seem to control all the blinds at once like my smart system does. That would be a nice feature.2) This may be fixed on the newer system and isnt that big of a deal since they do include a power cord. I would prefer it to be upgraded to USB-C from micro-USB as I am doing my best to get rid of all the older Micro USB throughout my house and just have one type of charging cord. Just a minor annoyance that Micro-USB is still around.Overall, I would strongly recommend these blinds. For the price of a dumb blind from a box store you are getting a high quality smart blind.
