Great Controller!
Love the LED lights and how I can see all the components. The light settings are great and can easily be changed without an app! (Although, the Rainbow S has app compatibility, the lite does not.)The controllers features work as advertised, and it feels great in my hand. BIGBIGWON really did a great job. It feels like a slightly more high-quality Xbox controller.Overall, its a great purchase! I'll be buying more from BIGBIGWON in the future!Yes, I know the name sounds funny, but its possibly due to a English translation. Learn Chinese, it helps you impress people lol.*READ THIS IF YOU PLAN ON BUYING THIS FOR PC!!!You need to reset both steam and the controllers configurations BEFORE you play to ensure everything goes smoothly. I had constant trigger and joystick input issues before I did this. Settings on the controller itself did not fix this issue. This issue is not exclusive to this controller.1. Go to stream > settings > controllers2. Make sure Xbox Configurations is selected3. Go into the controller settings and click "reset configurations" on Steam.4. Hold down the home button on the controller for 10 sec, it will reset the controllers own configurations.5. Test the inputs. Your triggers should have a increasing/decreasing value when pushed or released, and your stick movement should be registered correctly. This possibly occurs when stream either overrides your controllers settings or both are trying to override each other.

Good sticks, poor shell and some connectivity issues
This is an enjoyable controller. I got it for the Hall effects and they don’t disappoint but don’t expect 200 dollar stick tension. I’d say the stick quality is way better than a series controller but the plastic shell has a cheap feel and feels like it’s more likely to brake if dropped, other cons I have is that it only has a pc app and from my experience the app is inconsistent and the pairing function on the dongle is annoying so I normally play wired, the buttons on the back don’t give a tactile feel so it can feel sluggish to press in games, id easily pay 20-30 more for them to make these controllers with higher quality of life parts.

Great features at the price!
This controller is great for my PC. I love that it automatically turns on and off when removed from or placed in the cradle. Its shape is ever so slightly off from the standard Xbox One controllers, but not enough to cause any discomfort. I like the programmable buttons on the back for an alternative way to control certain actions and the swappable thumb sticks if you want longer or shorter sticks, or some combo!Very low latency, I don’t notice any kind of delay in the controls and all of the buttons feel good to me. Would definitely recommend for a PC controller!

Disappointing Warranty Support for a Faulty Controller
I was initially excited about the BIGBIG WON controller due to its features and performance. However, my experience with their product quality and warranty support has been nothing short of infuriating. After 9 months of use, the controller developed slight stick drift, forcing me to adjust the dead zone just to compensate. Shortly after, the A and Y buttons became mushy, with the A button frequently getting stuck. Later, the X button started sticking as well.I reported these issues in detail to BIGBIG WON support on October 2nd, within the warranty period. I even provided the requested photos. Despite multiple follow-ups and polite emails asking for acknowledgment, I received no response. Weeks passed without any update, and as the warranty expiration loomed, I sent a strongly worded email to stress the urgency. Still, I was ignored.A product is only as good as the support behind it, and BIGBIG WON has demonstrated a complete lack of commitment to their customers. Their lack of communication and disregard for warranty claims is unacceptable. I had high hopes for this brand and even recommended it to friends and gaming communities, but I now deeply regret doing so.If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this brand. Their controllers might look appealing, but their quality is questionable, and their warranty is worthless.
