Works just as expected! I’ve been coughing up a lot more mucus and it’s super easy to figure out, just blow hard, you’ll feel when it vibrates your lungs right.

I bought this lung exerciser thinking it might help after a lingering chest cold that just wouldn’t quit. My lungs felt like they were trying to breathe through a wet sponge, and I was desperate enough to try anything that didn’t involve more meds. I didn’t expect this thing to become part of my daily routine, but here we are.The first time I used it, I honestly thought I was doing it wrong—it’s just a little plastic device with a ball inside that rattles around when you blow into it. But after a few minutes, I noticed I was coughing up more junk than I had in days. It felt like my lungs were finally clearing out all the gunk they’d been holding onto since I got sick.After about a week of using it twice a day, my breathing felt easier, especially in the mornings. I could take deeper breaths without that tight, wheezy feeling. It’s also weirdly satisfying watching the ball bounce when I get the rhythm right. Like a breathing mini-game.It’s small enough to toss in a bag, and it doesn’t need any batteries or tubes or weird attachments. Just me, the device, and a few minutes of puffing. I've never used one of these before, nor had I even heard of them. I've always been pretty good at "coughing stuff up" but this device makes it so much easier! Especially if you drink some H20 before using it, the Incentive Spirometer really helps get everything out!

The seller did a poor job of inspecting their product before shipping. Two of the three balls were missing and the box was crushed but the contents were undamaged. I checked to see about getting the missing items shipped, rather than do a return, but that wasn't possible. So, I tried the product to see if it was worth the bother. I think my unit came with the largest pellet and I can't say whether it works or not. It may loosen chest congestion so that it can be coughed up easier.This unit this isn't worth the asking price but it was the least expensive to experiment with. Three pieces of molded plastic and three SS bearing that cost a total of a buck. And my experiment's result if inconclusive. If you have a congestion issue and are curious, I would look for another, better made version from a different seller.

I was hit with a bout of bronchitis and all I wanted to do was clear my lungs. This is a great product for that. I saw it prescribed in a hospital setting before that and remembered I could get my own. Super handy home medical device.

Ever since I got covid some years back, my breathing was never the same. I always felt congested and even some of my xrays showed that. I have tried all sorts of breathing exercises but nothing ever worked. I ordered this as a way to see if this would work. After the first week, I started noticing I was coughing up a lot of phlegm. Thinking I was sick, I went to the doctor who said my xray looks better than it did last year. I've been using this exerciser since. What I especially love about this is how easy it is to use and I can literally take this with me anywhere I go, completely portable. There are no batteries to worry about so no having to recharge this. Not to mention, really easy to clean the mouth piece too. Overall, I've been breathing a lot better since using this. Even at night, I'm not having to practically sit up in bed in order to breathe either. I've been using this for about a month now and while there isn't that much phlegm anymore, I can now take a big deep breath without feeling like I'm going to cough or just not able to expand my lungs. Even went swimming and I can even hold my breath a lot longer now too. Didn't change anything in my life or diet, just started using this exerciser.

You just blow into it and it does its thing, feels like a mini workout.The light blue color is nice too. It’s a small, lightweight device that’s surprisingly easy to use once you figure out the rhythm. The first time is like everything, but after a couple of tries, it clicked. Now I use it everyday a few times throughout the day. It’s small enough to put in a drawer or bring along when I travel.Overall, it’s a simple little gadget that doesn’t take much time but is good, nice, easy to use and love it.
