Works well however they made me so nauseated I had to quit taking them. Be aware that this is a side effect.

I rely on these cranberry supplements, they're a pretty good value and when I take them regularly (esp. when getting active), I don't get UTI's or other issues down there. The capsules are a bit large but easy to swallow, and it's a nice peace of mind that they're keeping me healthy!
