Never worked
I bought this computer very enthusiasctic and when it arrrived, it never turned on! There was abvoiusly something wrong with it so i had to return it and got my money back.

Good laptop if you dont mind the Heat Issues
Product gets very hot due to use but I can understand considering it is a gaming laptop. I also would like to add it has had minor screen glitches so far while in operation, but I think that is due to heat and overuse of GPU. game laptop is good game laptop if not used for a long period of time screen aesthetics are very nice considering the design and internal components maybe its to overpowered for a good use consider next internation of gaming laptop to maybe to maybe have cooler ventilation and a liquid cooling option

Motherboard shot in just 14 months after warranty expired!!!
I didn't buy this laptop from here, however I am highly dissatisfied! Do not spend your money on this laptop. After just 14 months my motherboard failed! This is insane to me. I can't even get a new motherboard and if I could it would 1900 just for that. They don't have a new motherboard for it. Warranty for MSI and the store ran out after a year and it was limited. This computer has a lot of known issues for that will most likely screw you over. Save your money, get a different brand. I recommend Asus. MSI I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN YOU AND YOUR CRAPPY PRODUCTS!!!
