Proscan Automotive Swirl Valve Bypass Resistor Plug Fix For Diesel OM642 Engines

The remedy to the problems with the flapper motor feedback to the ECU, it disconnects the flapper motor feedback and the new unit tells the ECU that everything is fine so the car immediately performed as if it were new. No other alterations were required, I wish I had tried this before paying to remove the inlet manifolds, cleaning them and fitting a new motor which failed to resolve the problems . Mercedes only sell the inlet manifolds as a complete assembly which costs over £1000.
