NARSLight Reflecting Foundation - Advanced Makeup-Skincare Hybrid Foundation - 30ml (Deauville - Light 4)

I really like this foundation - it's lightweight and provides great coverage, blends well and doesn't settle into fine lines. I have pretty dry, sensitive skin and this product gives my skin a nice dewy glow that lasts all day and into the night! I switched over to this from Tarte Face Tape Full Coverage foundation after being really unhappy with my last couple of bottles and have been so much happier with this product than I was with Tarte - I use so much less product and get much better coverage that lasts way longer, it doesn't dry out my skin like Tarte did, and it blurs and covers fine lines while Tarte seemed to accentuate them. The shade I purchased, Mont Blanc, gives a very natural appearance, as well. The only complaint I have is with the applicator thing it comes with. It looks like the little brush that's attached to the inside of a nail polish lid (this one is also attached to the lid of this foundation bottle), but unlike nail polish brushes, this one is stiff and awkward. I apply this foundation using a makeup sponge but getting the actual product out of the bottle and onto the sponge is way more annoying than it should be. But that's really my only complaint and it's something that can easily be overlooked for such an otherwise amazing product.

Quality product, perfect for my unique skin tone

Nars is a great quality foundation. I have been using this brand for years.

This foundation is gorgeous on my dry, mature, sensitive skin. It “melts” into my skin and leaves a youthful glow, improves texture and evens out skin tone. It’s light and breathable. I bought Yukon 2.5 and the match is spot on for my neutral to slight peach complexion. I use NARS tinted moisturizer in the color Gotland (which I love) and this reflecting foundation is a lot like the moisturizer but has more coverage, not as thick and the color is an even better match for me. Major downside… (and why it only gets 4 stars) serious flaw with the cap. I’ve seen others complain about this too. Once you get the bottle open, you can’t close the cap. It also has some kind of dropper that’s not functional at all. Lucky for me I had an empty, old foundation bottle I was able to clean and transfer the new product to, WITH a functional top! Otherwise, I would have been forced to return it as the product would have spoiled much sooner. Hopefully the company is fixing this issue cause the product is perfect but the packaging is useless. I would recommend buying this product if you are looking for a lightweight, gorgeous foundation but you should probably purchase a pump lid or have an old empty foundation bottle you can use to transfer the product. Just in case you have the same experience as me, and others. Pain in the ass but it works!

It took my several tries to match my skin tone but I finally did and I am absolutely in love with this formula. it’s medium to light coverage and is beautiful. Doesn’t cake or pill with any other products and looks just like skin. I will never use another foundation ever again

Well…. When I got it, it looked like this. I’ll salvage what I can but it wasn’t fun to clean up, taking out of it the box.

This foundation is BEAUTIFUL on my skin. I have naturally red face and foundations never match me correctly to my neck, and I have very textured skin. I'm oily on my nose and chin, and dry every where else. This foundation sits beautifully on my skin and seems to just get better thru our the day. My fiance complemented daily and told me I was glowing.... and kept asking what I've done differently-- however, everyday I would get a new deep cystic breakout on my chin. No matter how much I love how this looks on me- I've decides I can not keep wearing it. The acne on the chin is too painful.

NARS is the best foundation for me. It applies smoothly, looks natural, and really refreshes my face before applying the rest of my makeup
