MIRUOTempered Glass Office Chair Mat for Carpet - Desk Floor Mat (36" x 36" x 1/6", Transparent)

I had thought that 1/6" might have been too thin but it is very sturdy and hefty, I don't have any worries of this breaking when I step or roll around on it. It's definitely nicer to use than my old polycarbonate chair mat which would flex slightly on carpet even though I got the one meant for carpet, and my chair always wanted to roll backwards because of it.The mat itself does slide a little bit around on carpet, so I'm considering maybe putting silicone feet under the corners of it, but even when it shifts it's not too much of a nuisance. it's easy enough to just pick up the edge and slide it back into place if it moves too far. It generally doesn't move when I'm on it, it's when I'm stepping off of it to walk away from my desk that it will slide an inch or two.

This works great if there's room for it. It is pretty sturdy and seems to hold the weight well without cracking. Depending on the layout of the office, wheeled chairs would roll off the edge if you tend to move around a lot.

There were corner protectors on for shipping, I left them on. I am using it on the carpet, and it helps spot the edges/corners. Works great for my needs!

I was very skeptical about buying a glass chair mat, but this is very sturdy and has held up for six months now

I got this to put on my carpet so that my chair could roll effortlessly. I was a little concerned because it's something hard on top of something soft and feels like it could break. This was the cheapest of the glass share protectors and it's fine. I now feel comfortable walking on it in socks

I wasn't sure about using glass under my desk chair but it is fantastic! I can now roll my chair around with the floor mat. Before I bought this, I could not roll my chair up to the desk. I'm very pleased with this floor mat. It stays put and doesn't move around. I did some research before I bought this one and it had good ratings. I bought the clear one and it is nearly invisible.

I was very apprehensive about buying a glass computer chair mat since I weigh around 300 lbs. But it is very good, I have two of these mats butted against each other and the chair rolls seamlessly across them both. Very well-made product.
