These are brilliantly supportive insoles. I was a bit apprehensive as they look really thick in the photos. I found that they do take up a lot of room in your shoe so are best worn with shoes that have removable insoles. I can wear them with some shoes that have fixed insoles but its a pretty tight fit. They are great as they transform any shoe - that has the room - into really super supportive footwear. I got them half price and they were a great bargain as they are top quality so I bought a few pairs. They really help with my plantar fasciitisc. They feel odd to start with but you soon get used to them and they end up feeling really comfortable. Highly recommended.

I swapped out the original insoles in my Allbirds with these VALsole Orthotic Insoles, and I’m really pleased with the difference. They’re more comfortable, and I’m able to walk longer distances with minimal discomfort. I suffer from bunions, and these insoles help ease the pain a bit, making daily activities much more manageable.If you’re looking for supportive, comfortable insoles—especially if you deal with foot pain—these are definitely worth trying!

Ordered size 5 and they were a perfect fit for my trainers and boots. Feels like your feet are getting a big hug! So supporting and comfortable. Definitely recommend as I didn’t need to cut them to size and amazing quality.

BOught these as part of a group of insoles I bought at the same time to evaluate their effectiveness at helping a painful heel condition I have developed. These are the most expensive of the three groups I bought, being more than double the nearest.. but I have to say they are by far the best performers. Fit perfectly into my walking boots with no adjustment or cutting. The feel of these insoles leads me to believe that I have made a good investment here and that I will have good use out of them.

Very comfortable and durable. However, the comfort is temporary. Useless after 12 weeks.I can't feel any of the support after few weeks. You'd have to keep buying it. Not worthy imo

Comfortable with good support. Unlike many insoles they come in sizes, so no need to cut to fit; they're designed and built for the size. Not cheap but worth money.

Very comfy with good arch support. I do find them very thick so my shoes feel tighter, and my heel is not quite in the right position for the padding of the shoe.

I have tried this arch support for one hour so far and am still trying them. Its a little early for a review but, my gut feeling is that it is just what i needed and wanted.It feels good, perfect fit for my UK size 10. Has an excellent heel support and a decent arch support. It, appears to be perfect for my problem that is, fallen arches.
