I bought this as a birthday gift but decided to open it first given the damage on the box. It is not packaged well given all the Sharp edges. My birds right wing seems to be missing a secretion of leaf which makes it have A large gap and entry point for water. Otherwise it's beautiful in size and apperance. Hopefully the replacement order will come soon

So much nicer than expected. Almost full size. Made of durable metal. Feathers and coloring are very lifelike and amazingly put together.. We used it in our landscaping. This is something that will look good no matter where you place it. Highly recommended.

This is definitely a Beautiful piece of metal work. Yes He/She may appear to be delicate but I think it will do ok in the mountain environment where He/She stands proud. The Eagle is built like a weather vain in its construction. This Eagle artwork has a lot of places to let the air move through and hopefully this will keep He/Her standing proud for years to come. The American pride the Bald Eagle stands proud at my mountain Homestead.

I had planned on mounting the eagle on top of cut down tree stump, but before I had a chance to do this, I noticed it started rusting from getting wet outside. I thought it might be more wind worthy and when I had it on my back porch, the wind blew it over and the wings fell out. I plan on flying the wings in and applying a rust resistant spray on it before I mount it. Still disappointed at the price and where it was manufactured. The packaging could have been better too.

A part of the wing was sticking out of the box upon delivery. Sections of the wings were also twisted and bent, and half of the tail was bent. It could be straightened out by hand but this is a new Item...
