This matcha is amazing . More on the floral side, Its very frothy and beautiful. Remember to always swift your matcha for it not to clump . All matcha needs to be swift .

I bought this matcha off their website for the first time about a year ago and I was OBSESSED with it. It's so floral, creamy, and used to be very smooth. But when they switched from stone milling to the "modern" milling method for the Kimikura blend it became harder to sift, and harder to get a smooth frothy microfoam. I will still say, in terms of flavor alone, this matcha is my absolute favorite in terms of taste since it's not bitter or astringent. If you love a floral matcha and don't mind the lack of beautiful frothy microfoam, give this one a try. She's truly SO tasty. 🍵😊

Not the best in terms of texture and quality. The blend ability is complex -- I've tried to set my water boiling temperature at 170 degrees, but I find clumps here and there. Mind you, this is after blending it for 2-3 minutes.

Bought this one based off of the reviews and it's great! Yes, you really do need to sift it through a sieve or else it'll be clumpy and won't dissolve properly. However, if you sift it, it'll be fine and will blend beautifully. In the mornings I drink matcha in lieu of coffee and I feel like it gives me an even better boost of energy without the crash, like coffee does. It does have a slight "seaweedy" smell to it after whisking, however it doesn't taste fishy. The quality of it overall is good for the pricepoint and is great for every day matchas. Would highly recommend!

This matcha powder is so underrated!! It is SO good, but i’m fine w it not being well known, cuz well… with this matcha shortage, it is hard to find a good matcha powder.

Bought this matcha to temporarily replace my fav matcha that is sold out all the time now. It is a bit nutty, floral and creamy. It is a good back up matcha and will fix my cravings. It is such a pretty color and taste pretty good in a latte. I recommend it with a light oat milk. I saw reviews saying it clumps but I had no problems with that . I used a sifter and it was perfect I got a good microfoam :)
