it was great product with perfect quality and finish , it was a great deal at price of rs230 for 12.7mm caddy. i got it at cheap price compared to local shop. 12.7mm was mention in printed text on caddy so it was as described by seller while local shop they write it by means of pen that also 12.5mm which was quite confusing, i recommed this product from tobo seller which quite faster and supportive

No complain in this price range it's fine

I was looking for secondary HDD caddy 9.5mm compatible with my model laptop (Lenovo E41-25) and found many of them and little confusion on selecting a suitable one. Having doubts about its quality, fittings to the laptop's body and some model have a compatibility switch to make it work with different laptop brand. Finally after few reviews and previous comments and by sellers description including the Image posted I bought this. The build quality was not the best but OK there is no mounting screw hole on the back to internally lock the caddy with laptop's body cabinet to make it safe to the HDD fixed to it so that it will not accidentally come out. that is okay for me because the seller did not mention that and the image also clear about that. But the front face plate panel for the outer appearance, the one I mainly looked for was not provided as shown in the image. much disappointed as soon as I saw the package. Any how it worked without any issues no slow, smooth operation satisfied with that but the appearance without face plate panel looks bad like something is broken in the place its attached to the laptop.

Works great.. I got the 4 screws and a screwdriver in the package.. Although it works great , but quality of sheet metal used could be a wee bit better..

Waste of time and money. I don't know how this crap has got such reviews.. Worst quality product ever seen on Amazon in my lifetime. Doesn't even have screws or holes of correct/standard dimension; more like a country-made 🧸 toy. Comes with manufacturing defect, poorestquality product, slowest shipping of Amazon plus average packaging. Just scheduled the return, I demand full refund at the earliest.

Didn't fit properly, protruding out which makes it a deal breaker. Have to be very careful while carrying the laptop around.
