Blue Poppy- Long Dan Xie Gan Tang 120 caps

Not sure why more people aren’t getting into Chinese medicine and health stuff. This was recommended to me by my acupuncturist and he told me I had damp heat. Look it up. I started getting weird bumps on my hand that start to itch and then a few fingers start to peel and then subside after about 10 days. Quits for a month and tend to keep coming back. When I take this, it’s 6 pills in the morning and 6 at night. And my symptoms of my peeling fingers stops. Only take this for 7 days, otherwise it will start to dry your body out too much. And wait for a full month in between taking. But it helps with symptoms of damp heat. Just look up the symptoms and you’ll see that most of us have it or something similar. Too much processed food and sugar.

5-7 of these will naturally take the edge off during stressful times.

Initially I looked at the bottom and it showed only the manufacturer date and I thought it was the expiration date. But it’s on the side.

Manufacture good date is 6/2021 and has expired. You cannot return. FYI
