This thing is very powerful!
I bought this for my 11 year old grandson for Christmas. He broke his, so I replaced it with this one. This thing is VERY powerful! Make sure someone is with whoever is using it for the first time, adult or not, until they get the feel of it. I'm not joking!!! My grandson took a spill that really hurt. My fault, but I didn't know how much more powerful it was than his original one. My son-in-law got on it, who rode them in the military, and he was surprised at the power. Be careful, be smart, and don't assume you know how to ride it, until you do!

Product does NOT work!!
I bought this item for my son and after 1 week of use, it kept shutting off fully charged then stopped working all together. I reached out to the manufacturer without a reply. So, I requested a replacement from Amazon instead. The replacement came, plugged it in to charger for the first time and it NEVER turned on! I called Amazon last week and they told me they would send me another replacement arriving June 3rd and to discard the one I had. Well, it is now June 10th and I haven't received a 2nd replacement so I called Amazon again. The didn't know what I was talking about and refused to replace the broken one and to send the old one back AGAIN! Thank god I didn't throw it away as advised from the other Amazon representative. They said there were no replacements available when I complained and told me to use the refund to buy another one. I asked, "if I use the refund to buy another one, since u stated to me there weren't any, why cant you replace it and keep my money?. They didn't have a reply that even made sense. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with Amazon, Jetson and their crappy product. I will NOT be buying this for the 3rd time and advise to stay away from any Jetson products.

The grandkids love it!
I bought this for my grandkids cause they love them. It works as it should & they have so much fun with it. Easy to charge. I do wish the battery lasted a little longer

Company is crap!!
The hoverboard came straight out of the box defective...one side was rubbing and jerking while riding. Contacted Amazon who told me to contact Jetson. Had to wait until Monday, as this was a weekend. After jumping through hoops on Monday sending all the requested info/pics/videos, we qualified for a replacement. Waited almost 2 weeks for the replacement and it was also defective! Would not charge at all! Completely useless! On top of that, the replacement was an older crappies version from what I ordered. There was no rubber cover on the charging port, foot rests were cheap plastic buttons, and the whole thing was 5 pounds heavier than the purchased original item. What kind of company downgrades for their own mistake!?Well I went through the whole return process AGAIN for the replacement (photo/video/email tag) and this time I was told I could either pay extra money to have a replacement sent now, or send the broken one back and wait until they get it. Oh and also color not guaranteed...because apparently two defective hoverboards in a row must be my fault right??At this point I would almost rather have a refund. This was the only thing my son asked for his birthday, and by the time he "might" get a working hoverboard it will be a month late. If the third one even works at all!DON'T WALK...RUNNN....FROM THIS JETSON COMPANY! THEY SUCK!
