Q: Does the evaporated cooler has auto cut off when the water level reaches minimum?

Hi, No this is not a feature of the unit, Kind Regards

Q: it tells you to open the blades on the front, how do you open them, ive tried all options

You can tilt the blades them by pressing the blades up or down

Q: How do you secure the water pump in the water tank

I don't really know on this type because when it came there was no remote control with it so I sent it back and bought another type but I think they're all the same you can't really secure the pump from dropping down when you put the tank in but it doesn't really matter if you are using it as a fan on or heater obviously you wouldn't put any water in until you are using it it as a Cooler
