I’ve had the 2 person tub for 3 years. Long story short, redoing my bathroom black and gold. Just found on their website that you can change the all the knobs, shower head, faucet to black, gold, and 2 other colors. Now I love this tub even more

I was really skeptical about getting this tub , but let me tell you it looks amazing .The water fall option looks so great and sets it apart from the others .The things you need to know is that it need 2x 20 amp dedicated wires 120v from the panel .One is for the pump and one is for the water temperature.Pump is really powerfulI had no access from the bottom so i bought a drain kit that sells on amazon for drop in tubs , sells around $200 but worth every penny .

I love this tub. I ordered a different brand and it was more expensive and poorly made. The quality of this tub shows immediately. Install was easy. The automatic light is nice and the controls are good quality. I wish this tub had a heater, but I am still very happy.

Don’t buy!!! Installation/user manual is pretty much useless! Poorly constructed/ came with several broken parts & leaks everywhere! Cheap construction and silicone over everything that does not wanna come off! customer service does not respond to replace parts or answer questions! What a headache for a big price tag! Update! So I was promised a $100 gift card for parts I had to purchase when the tub arrived. Never received, so I sent an email “ You never provided me with the $100 Amazon gift card you promised to cover the parts I had to purchase“ this is the response. “Hello,We didn't get your update since your last email.Could you please help to update the review first? Horrible don’t purchase this bathtub. It broke right away once we put water in it, it cracked and continued to spider web out from the original crack. No one in my home weights more that 165 lbs. No custom service to help & I am literally out $2500

I am super happy with my purchase. I had been searching for a Whirlpool for months and had no luck, found this one on Amazon and it did not disappoint. Delivery also a great experience, came in the day it was promised.

Love our new bathtub. Could easily fit two people inside with room to spare!! Changing lights add relaxing ambience to bath time!
