Be patient!
If they didn't taste so good, I probably would have returned the gummies within the first few weeks because they did nothing for weight loss or appetite control. But because I loved the taste and was getting extra vitamins, I continued to take them. After 6 weeks, I noticed that I was finally losing some of the extra 10 pounds I wanted to shed! Granted I had cut back on food intake but I had done that before with little or no results. I just placed another order.

Love The Taste, I'm Hooked!
I really Love the taste of these Apple Cider Gummies I look forward to having my serving everyday, the bottle indicates just one per day, but I would like to have more! I can't really say if it has done a whole lot on my weight loss journey, but I have lost over 15 lbs. within the past few months, but I also take Berberine Supplements as well and I've unfortunately been sick twice within that timeline also, I lose my appetite when I'm sick. But, overall I believe the Gummies help, so far now I'll keep taking them!
