They fit well in various types of footwear, including athletic shoes and boots. User Feedback:Many users have shared positive experiences, noting significant pain reduction and improved foot comfort. Supportive, high-quality, comfortable
I used one pair of these soles to do a DIY “repair” on my thrifted Frye boots, since the insoles were peeling up and revealing the hard outer heel. They were becoming difficult to walk in, but with these insoles I can walk in them for hours and feel extremely supported and comfortable. I’ve worn these inserts for a few weeks now, and they haven’t slipped around at all, so I’d say the adhesive is pretty solid. The size worked just fine for me, a 6, which I believe is the lowest end of the size range. Although I don’t have a point of comparison, these feel like high-quality inserts, offering me support throughout the day and allowing me to walk more than I could before. I can’t even tell they’re there. I used the other pair of inserts on a pair of Doc Marten 1460 boots for a similar reason—they were a little loose I guess so the friction caused my heel to wear away at the insole. They’re a little tight with the inserts now, but still supportive and comfortable.

Fantastic for the price!
I was pleasantly surprised by these! I have plantar fasciitis and a heel spur so I get pretty bad foot pain. These actually give me more relief than my $100 plus custom ones I had fitted for me at the podiatrist. Great price and they do help a bit. Not a miracle but one of the better inserts I’ve had.

Comfortable
These are great in my sneakers but there was absolutely NO packaging. Not sterile at all.No sealed anything. Horrible. Will not buy these again from this company.

I have Plantar Fasciitis and 2 pair of shoes that Hurt!
Ok, you read the title. These came today and I immediately, almost immediately, put a pair in one of the pairs of shoes that hurt.I then went for a One Mile Walk - and yes, the back of my heel still hurt - but I was able to wear a pair of shoes that were headed to "Shoe Heaven" AND, I walked a full mile!! at a reasonable pace!!I came back online for 2 reasons. One to leave this review. The other to purchase 2 more pairs of Insoles.2 years ago my favorite style of shoes was discontinued and I bought whatever I could find. I now realize the seller most likely was "dumping" old stock. Hence the problem of an "old" insole. My solution to purchase these insoles in the hopes I would be able to still wear the shoes turned out to be a great idea for me.Today I read the negative reviews and I didn't understand. First, they are not expensive at $9 pair. Second, I find that even after I take off the shoes, I do have some relief from the Plantar Fasciitis. Third, I can't help but wonder if people realize that the insoles need to be in BOTH shoes and shouldn't be moved from one pair to another. I walk 4-6 miles a day and generally must change shoes for each walk - yesterday I did 2 walks in the same pair of shoes. I purchased enough insoles for every pair of shoes I regularly wear and it's helping.I will admit they feel weird on my feet - it's like adding a "1/2 inch heel" inside my shoe - but I'm walking again! I haven't experienced any shifting of the sole within my shoes and this was by-far the most reasonably priced insoles I checked out.

Durable and Supportive
I purchased these because I had planter fasciitis. These offered good support whenever I wore my shoes! I’ve washed them several times as well, but they are still in a good condition :) Very durable and offers good quality!

Undid my progress - caused more pain than before.
I had high hopes for this product but was really let down. I have suspected plantar fasciitis and am actively looking for products to help relieve my pain. I recently bought a massager for my calves that actually made my pain go from an 8 to a 2. I was able to walk and was only left with a mild, tolerable pain. I had to go shopping yesterday so I put these in my shoes to try and… they undid all of my progress. Instantly caused me a bunch of pain and now my pain is back to an 8. In addition to undoing all of my progress and only causing me more pain, they did not fit in my shoes well at all (Vans) - they are too wide and wouldn’t slide all the way back easily. I had to readjust them maybe 10 times before they were in the right position.
