my plan was to sprinkle apple cider 5 caps in 2lbs of bird food. my bird seems to be doing better. i also added a cap a day to my smoothies and i ve been able to breath better ever since.

These are almost the same as the shot just without the burn and sour feeling in your stomach. I am sure these are helpful for some people for that reason. But I will just do the shot from now on. You still get the smell and taste in your mouth with these and that is the part of the shot that I do not like. These are probably easier on your tooth enamel also
