I wanted to share my thoughts on MSG. Overall, I found it to be a flavorful and versatile ingredient. It enhanced the taste of my dishes, adding a savoury umami flavour. However, I understand that some people may have concerns about its potential health effects. It's important to use MSG in moderation and be mindful of any personal sensitivities. In my experience, when used responsibly, MSG can be a valuable addition to cooking.

Best flavour enhancer ever. A game changer in eggs, chicken, beef. Even vegetarian dishes taste better than ever. Afraid of the health issues? A quick Google search and navigation to the Healthline article which has been peer reviewed can help in getting rid of the prejudice that pops up at the back of your head as soon as you hear "MSG". Out of all the flavour enhancers in my cooking extravaganza smoked paprika and msg is at the top. Msg number 1 tho. Let's face facts. Definitely worth the money no doubt about that. The possibilities are endless my friends.

The taste is not identical to salt but it's decent. It doesn't have that salty feel to it, so might not be suitable in all foods as a substitute of salt. The crystals could have been more granular to allow for better mixability.

Add it in curries, sandwiches etc, (just a pinch) for an umami kick!
