Needs some adjustments
I had an issue with the screws provided being to long and causing the action to not be cycled. I have a 20ga Franchi Affinity 3 and when I mounted the rail (which fits perfectly) the screws ran about a 1/16 of an inch too long. Ground the ends down a bit and it works great now.

Red dot bird hunting...it's almost too easy.
If you haven't shot pheasants with a Trijicon Reflex mounted on top of your favorite bird-getter, what are you waiting for? Some will tell you it isn't sporting. Your buddies in plaid at Ye Olde Whyte Banker Sporting Lodge will scoff and look down their noses at you...as if their pristine Italian-made over-under shotguns with gold inlay custom etchings of dogs chasing birds are somehow representative of traditional sporting etiquette. Poppycock I say!Have a go at this...why not? Having a little trouble with a beed on a barrel that is too long? Using an older weapon that you enjoy shooting, but is a tad on the heavy side now that you are twenty years older than when you bought it during high school? Throw the Weaver rail up, and slap your favorite AR glass on your shotgun. You will be amazed at how quickly you hit your bag limits. I almost did not do this...and the first step is the rail. Dive in ladies...you will be glad that you did.

Perfect fit for Stoeger M3500
I have the Stoeger M3500 and this Weaver base fit perfectly and allowed me to install my Vortex red dot optics for Turkey hunting.

Fits good! Screws are NOT too long for Benelli SBE II.
I bought this a couple of months ago and mounted it on my Benelli SBE II for turkey hunting. I put a Sig Sauer red dot on it, patterned it last month, and took it out hunting for the first time today. It works great! Rest assured, despite the reviews to the contrary, that this is the correct mount for a SBE II and the screws are NOT too long. I had no problems with the front two rubbing on the bolt as others have said in older reviews. My screws barely protruded through the receiver and I did not need to grind or modify them in any way. A little blue loctite and done. I can only speculate that the screws included in the past were not correct and they were changed at some point and are now correct. I would not hesitate to buy this mount again.

The picatinny rail is pretty good. It fits perfectly on the shotgun. It’s not the original for an after market product.
