INNOAero Light Hitch Mount Rack for (2) or (4) Bikes (1.25’’ & 2’’ Receivers)

Very sturdy and easy to install 2-bike hatch mount carrier. Made it very easy to tilt away bike mount for gaining access to rear trunk. I also like the added features such as security bike cable and lock for hatch mount bolt.

Fantastic I love the quality I put it before my husband came home from work and the easy foot peddle to lower for access to hatch is superior the fold down rack for the bikes is easy to use I’m keeping it in the car until winter no need to remove it it’s a bit wobbly but fits correctly not well just has some movement

Please note that recently I replaced the straps on this rack which I had purchased years ago. The original straps lasted aboiut 8 years before they began one by one breaking. Too brittle. The replacement straps looked identical. HOWEVER, upon FIRST use three of them broke completely in pieces. The current straps are apparently not constructed of the same materials and are VERY DANGEROUS. Can you imagine if these straps broke while the bicycle was intransit and the bicycle then flew off the rack into following traffic? I notified Inno/Carmate immediately. I note that the straps are currently unavailable on their website and apparently elsewhere. Without these straps the rack is just a piece of garbage for the landfill. Otherwise I believe this rack is top notch and well engineered, but there is literally no excuse or justification for such irresponsibility. I would surmise that they either sourced the straps from a cheaper manufacturer in China or failed to do any testing before they were released on the public. Not good.

Well made product. Love that it has a locking mechanism on the hitch as well as a lock attached to the rack that can be used to secure your bike when you are away from your vehicle.

The anti sway bracket was broken in two when I opened the box. It's very difficult to figure out h ow to contact seller to get a new bracket and pretty annoying that it was broken. It's not that hard to put it together. I haven't used it yet because I just took out of box and found that it was broken.Update: I only need it for one bike so I moved the stabilizing bracket from the outside rack to the inside rack. I'm actually pretty in love with this bike rack. Super easy to figure out, easy to install, sturdy, love the pedal/drop feature so that I can open my hatch. Price was extremely reasonable which is why it's sold out.

The bike rack is a very very good one. Make no mistake but there is one thing I would like to see changed. The size of the holder that the bike rests on should be smaller because if they were it would much easier to use this rack with a women's bike. if you remember a women's bike has the lowered top tube. It sits really close to the down tube and it makes using this bike rack rather tricky. I think that problem could be solved by making the holders smaller then it would be easier to slide the holders between the two tubes.

I love my bike and this thing makes me feel secure carrying it around.It’s a threaded bolt so no rattle issues and the cradle is soft so it doesn’t hurt your bike’s finish. Looks great too.
