Q: Does it have to be hooked up to a computer

No it does not need to be hooked up to a computer. It works by itself because it has internal stereo sound delivery system and internal grand piano sound samples and other instrument voices.

Q: Does the unit come with the stand as shown in picture #6?

Sometime different retailers will bundle it with an X Stand as shown in picture #6. However, unless it says it is included I would not expect it. Please confirm with them that you are looking for an X Stand also.

Q: Does the keyboard come with built in speakers ?

Yes, the A-61 is a mobile digital piano with built in speakers and internal sound delivery system. In addition it has all the connectivity you need if you would like plug in your USB Devices. The Artesia A-61 does not have a record button on board but does come with recording software (Bitwig 8 Track Studio) and it has excellent connectivity to all your USB devices.
