Not dependable and is dead after a year
A year in and several support cases for their garbage app and now the motor on the locking mechanism is dead. The product is not dependable and the support is slow to respond (if at all). If you have other options for a “smart” lock - I’d choose another product. The Danalock V3 is a lot of work for something that is supposed to make life easier.

A lock that doesn't lock. Amazing.
I've had this lock installed for about a month and let me save you time and money, never ever consider buying this.Your front door lock has to work EVERY SINGLE TIME otherwise your house is not secure or you can't get in.This thing is so flaky it's unbelievable. I can't help but think it was rushed to market before it was properly tested as the Bluetooth comes and goes, the auto unlock feature works maybe 1 in 10 times and the keypad, well don't get me started.I'm on my second lock as I was hoping it was a bad one I got originally but this one is even worse.I'm beginning to think the old key and lock can't be improved on if this the best the smart lock can be. Total car crash, stay well clear.By the way, if you have problems, Brisant solution? Just send it back and then we will send out a new one. Oh ok, I'll just leave my front door unlocked for a week, no worries. You morons.
