What size drill bit is required for the fixings supplied….??

As I remember it's 5mm. But I would use Fischer plugs, instead ones supplied

I need to cover holes from previous fittings. I see the hole centre size but what size in the actual square on the wall?

Just measure my one and the size of the square is 52 x 52 mm

I bought this less then 3 months ago for my new home..just put up a month ago and on both towel rails the rail bit has gone lose towel keeps falling?

Dear Customer, The towel rail is made of heavy duty constructure. If you meet any problem during use, please remember to contact with us first. Turs Inc.
