This is a silicon straw with a stainless steel decorative outside. It's really kewl. My sis and I can't wait to take them out to our favorite restaurant. I first bought a completely silicone one but it was a neon teal color and I don't want that much attention. The steel and black has more class. I bought a black lanyard to carry it on and that looks awesome too.

Good item but I found a better one through trial and error.

I really like this straw over the last one I had. Good rubber liner tight fitting steel tubing and easy to clean. The case also has a reed earth magnet so no more dealing with plastic friction latch. Highly recommend

The straw has a oil residue on it that I can’t get off of it. The product is really cheap and not made well. I do not recommend you buy this product.

Everyone that has seen me pull us out and use it fell in love with it and hopefully they come here and bought it because I told everyone where to get it I just wish they had it 3 in longer so that it would work on my other canister

Won’t ding the TSA sensors and is very easy to store and clean - it’s almost like it has a spring action when you take it out of the box, it pops right into shape ready to drink out of!

This was the first reusable straw I have ordered. I picked this one over others because of its collapsible feature and the small carrying case which seemed convenient to attach to my key ring. This straw is convenient, but near impossible to thoroughly clean. The squeegee does clean the inside of the silicone insert, but while using the straw, your beverage seeps through the gaps in the metal and gets trapped in between the silicone and metal tubing, a gap that is very hard to clean properly. Even with my best efforts, my straw has begun smelling like old coffee and mold after 2 weeks of use. I also had to construct my own drying rack for the straw, since it does not dry while in its case. I made the mistake in the beginning of letting it dry inside the case, only to find that a day later it was still wet and musty. I have since ordered new straight metal straws that do not collapse. Wish this product would've worked better.

The straw didn't pop open when I pulled it out. My Final Straw and other, similar brands, work great and are easy to clean... this one came out looking like a zig zag, not enough snap in the rubber material to pull the 4 segments of the metal shell together. At each point that the straw was folded to fit into it's carrying case, the rubber was crimped and fused together (by heat or pressure, or combination of the two) and the straw not only didn't open up and snap into a ridged straight form, it wasn't even useable as the rubber inside was sealed at several places... I couldn't force it open. Every part of this straw is garbage, poor materials, poorly put together... even if it came out of the package in ok shape it would have failed within a short time. Don't bother... spring for the more expensive brands. The BEST I have found is FinalStraw... kickstarter company, not on Amazon yet... but worth every penny... only straw I will ever buy after this experiment.
