Shipped with a faulty, dead-on-arrival 12V AC/DC converter.Although the entire kit is representative of dodgy Chinese quality control, the power supply is literally the worst thing I have unboxed in at least a decade of buying cheap Chinese power supplies for various projects. The standard IEC C13 socket was LOOSE in the plastic case (fire / shock hazard), and nothing I tried got the power supply to turn on. If I had to guess, I would say this connector has a broken or intermittent internal connection. Anyway, I purchased a different power supply and can report that the rest of the kit (LEDs, controller, remote) works, although as I mentioned at the beginning, the build quality of all this stuff is embarrassing even for mainland China, and does not inspire confidence in the longevity of any of it. This vendor not only buys bottom-grade supplies for the kits, but doesn't verify function before shipping. I recommend buying the elements of the kit SEPARATELY from reliable vendors.

These lights were really easy to install under our cabinets. Did have to tape some of the wires down, to help prevent them from drooping down past the lip of the cabinets. Other than that, you can't even tell unless you look underneath. Once you turn the kitchen lights off, just turn the lights on with the remote and the light up the whole counter area. The remote is really easy to use and are able to change the brightness and even the color of these lights with the remote. We do keep this remote in a drawer but we did put velcro in the drawer and in the back of the remote. This did not interfere with it at all either. Once these are on, the lights have yet to fall or droop.

These LEDs worked straight out of the package. My Tip for new buyers is to make IR receiver is not obstructed or hidden and make sure your LED strip is plug in all the way. If you follow the those two steps everything else is flawless. The remote that comes included is the perfect size not too big nor too small. You can adjust brightness and select from many prebuilt patterns or play around with your own desired colors. This has been the best LED light investment I made so far.

I had this for a while before I installed it and now can’t return it. After taking a lot of time and effort to install the remote doesn’t work. You literally have to stand within inches of the sensor to get it to communicate and even then it only does it some of the time. The connectors are all very loose fitting. This is absolute junk!!

I love these led lights! You get two quality strips and you can connect them together to make one. You can control the intensity and the color of the lights using the remote control that comes with it. The colors are amazingly vibrant. The only complaint i have is the subpar quality of the connectors and the transformer. Connect with caution and just make sure you don't break them!

I always want to find one easy led light to decorate the side of me wall. I don’t want two strips. I want one!! And i finally found it. This not only it’s long enough for me to play around, it also so easy to use and it gives our warm lighting to the room. With a remote, I can easily change the color to suit my mood lol Will get another pack to use it in my living room too!!

I bought the product seeing it had super high reviews. I was disappointed to find a card offering substantial refunds by the seller if you specifically leave a 5 star product review. The product itself is junk, I already have had the adhesive backing peel off of whatever stuck on and a DOA power supply.

After a year if not more since I bought these and still are amazing. They are up in my daughters room and are still working great and haven’t torn or have any problems.
