ME, Mineral Essence - Magic Finish Translucent

I'm using this as a finishing powder on top of a foundation from a different brand (Cover FX). As I am extremely fair-skinned, I'm delighted that it matches my skin beautifully, giving a natural finish and allowing for my own skin coloring to show through. For this reason, I imagine it would work well with anyone who has a fair/very fair skin tone. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it could to a better job of controlling oil and shine and that it also seems to settle into some very fine lines, making them more noticeable even if these had been covered with the foundation. It's still a good product as long as you don't expect a miracle.

I really like this finishing powder, BUT, it is way darker and a little yellow-y. It is doable but wish it was true to the color online.

Lovely, fine consistency, and great color match for my skin, but doesn't last as long as I had thought it would. It's good as a finishing powder, but doesn't really stand up to a day's use on its own. Still, it's lovely if you're using it to finish...

I was pleased with the actual product however I purchased 2 of the same product and only received 1 of what I ordered. The other was a completely different product which I will never use

Covers as well as the more expensive brands. Biggest drawback is the container - especially when traveling, as the powder goes everywhere.
