Easy install, SD card issues.
The installation and use of this camera are very straight forward and easy. Overall, I think it took me 30-40 minutes to complete the install and have it ready for driving, including having to drill 2 holes under the rear lights on the trunk of my car for the backup camera.The only issue I had was when trying to get an SD card accepted by the camera. I tried a Samsung, a SanDisk, and a generic branded SD card. None of the three were recognized by the camera until I formatted the card in my other (a different brand) dash-cam. Once that format was complete, this camera would then recognize the SD card. I don't know why, but apparently that's what needs to be done. Before using the other dash-cam, I had even tried to format the card in NTFS, FAT32, and EXT2, using a professional formatting utility, but even that did not work.I hope these steps will help someone else having a similar issue.

I Thought All Of The Items Were In The Box. Finally,Please Send Us The Missing Cup So We Can Change Our Rating Of This Product And The Seller.Please We Want Buy 5-more For Our Other Compant Care. Good features, but mine had issues.
The camera was great when it worked. Picture quality was good, good night vision picture, rear camera was good although it could use better lighting. I don't know I'd my was a fluke or not but it started to act up. It would freeze up and had to be manually reset to get working again and then it would also power off and back on. That got worse the longer I used it. Sent mine back and ordered a different one.

Total crap!!!
The camera is not reliable at all. It worked fore a few days and then decides when it wants to work. The company internet presence is non existent so don't count on software upgrade. Picture quality at night is not better than the $19 camera from Walmart. I am very disappointed but at this same time its my fault. Why?I should never buy products from companies without real address, internet presents and technical support.Mi Yang, crap.
