The World of Customer Service

I had to have this book for my CSM 101 class and let me tell you it was very pricey at the College bookstore so like most of the student i come to Amazon.com then I find it here rental and e-book I was like sweet lol. So i got it cheap and I can review the book on My mini i pad I was very happy. It cost me less then the bookstore charges and great navigation on Kindle app on i pad. I like it i still use it . Believe me from now long I will be using e-book more because this was my first time .I would recommend this to any college student easy to use and great way to save on paperback , Great book. I took the credited class because Customer Service is very rare these days since e-commerce got invented. The entire shopping experience has changed from what once was. Today’s shoppers have no clue how nice it used to be. This is a comprehensive and excellent book of how it should be. Jeff Bezos succeeded with Amazon because he values customer service.

The book is good so thank you. Delivery was different, UPS didn't deliver it to my house but they sent in that they did. My daughter needed this book for school and the price was a lot cheaper buying from here. UPS messed up and delivered across the street.

It's not often that I would review a textbook, but the World of Customer Service is really well written. I enjoyed the class which consisted of the book primarily. The chapters are well laid out and the material is current and relevant.

Shipping was on time. Book was in good condition as described. Pleased with this purchase.

I ordered this book a couple days before I had to start my class and it got here just in time with a cool not inside I would recommend ordering from them and if I ever need to order something like this again I would order again.

Fast shipping, good quality. There’s some wear on it, but nothing that affects it’s readability. Nice price, my college wanted a lot of money for this so I checked here and I definitely wasn’t disappointed. Instead of buying something you’re only going to use once, why not rent it?

The book actually has a lot of inside information you wouldn’t think is connected to Customer Service. It was cheaper here then at the school bookstore

Shipping is fast. It is a good textbook.

I had to buy it because it was my course requirement. Simple language and relevant examples make it pleasant to read. It needs to be updated though.
