Telescope was a gift for my daughters birthday she loves science and everything having to do with planets so I went for a cheaper telescope since she is only 6. You can see some things but it’s not really visible and didn’t work so great. She likes playing with it but as a telescope if you are looking for something to look at the stars or moon it would be better to pay a bit more for something that works good. Everything came in the box and looks nice that’s why I have it a 3.

We were so looking forward to enjoying the nights sky but unfortunately this product just does not cut it. We live in the hills with lots and lots of beautiful stars. My little one was very disappointed. It looks great and was easy to assemble but that is all it's good for. It would look great in an office or a kids room for decoration purposes. I don't know why the great reviews. I would recommend spending a bit more and looking elsewhere.

We got this telescope and the kids could wait for night time to check out the stars. I showed them how we could use it during the day to look at the birds, it was really cool to see and check out. The detail you can get with this telescope is amazing. At night we were able to check out the stars, and as my kids asked me what they all were, big dipper, little dipper, oriens belt, I realized I needed to download the app sky map, because I couldnt remember them.. this telescope is perfect for kids and it is perfect for me as well.

Just put telescope together for my son for christmas. Was surprised how cheap this product is made very cheap plastic tripod . Will be very hard to find anything in the sky. Wish i did not eait so long to open or i would return it. Not worth 30 bicks in the least. No instructions either just a blown up view on back of the box.

The tripod is a joke. It's made of cheap plastic and too small to hold the telescope, so it's useless. To see something using this telescope is so hard. My son hated it the first day because he couldn't see anything with it. Now it's just sitting with old and unused toys

I was searching to buy two presents for a good friend's kids. I did not want to give them just any toys. So I thought what can be fun and at the same time, the kids can learn something interesting. That's when I came across this kids telescope. (I also bought a kids microscope since they have two kids) OMG, I am so glad I purchase them. The kids love them and were fighting to play with them. First, it has multiple magnification. Second, both kids think these are not toys and they are real scientist now (or they think they become an adult) I would recommend this to any kid who is into academic.

Very nice package, my daughter love it super. She look at the sky every night before sleep. Good for education! Good job!

No manual or instructions came with my purchase. I bought for my daughters 6th birthday. I had an extremely unhappy 6 year since she wanted to put her telescope together and try it right away. Very very disappointing.
