I like the style and look of this product. I won’t give it a great rating on smell because unless you lean over the top of the unit the scent is very faint. It’s more for ambiance and less for smelling. I am disappointed because I had one that worked awesome! But it broke and it was unavailable to buy again 😩

Looks great, works perfect. I don’t have small children to worry about, if you do heads up, it gets hot around the metal areas at the top.

Cute design, but doesn’t fully melt the wax. Tried different brands of melts and even bought a new scentsy Edison bulb thinking that might help. Makes no sense, but I have multiple wax warmers and they melt wax into a fragrant liquid. This warmer just melts the wax into a firm sticky puddle without releasing the scent. I tried to make this work, and can’t get customer service to respond, either!

I don't know what the issue is. But I changed the bulb and it finally melted the wax. So it may be the bulb is comes with. I ordered 2 of them and both had the same issue, not hot enough to melt the wax. But I am reproposing them with led flame bulbs to mount them on my wall in my bedroom for ambience. They look amazing set up like that. Had to remove the wax tray to fit the bulb.

This is beautiful and it’s beautiful as a little mini-lamp even; it doesn’t get warm or hot enough to melt wax melts. The melts will melt maybe 1/5th of the way and then...that’s it. If you purchase this- perhaps do it as little lamp. Beyond that, lovely product, well made, all of it.

Very bummed - like many others experienced, the glass was broken. Otherwise, item is cute.Update: I did eventually get an unbroken replacement about 2 weeks later. Very happy about that! :)) If i could give 4.5 stars i would. (1.2 star off for poor packaging of first delivery.)

This was a gift for my sister and she loves it, she did change the light bulb to a higher wattage because her wax melts didn’t completely melt but otherwise she loves it, I would definitely buy again

What I love the most is the open access for the wax fillers - the scents are free to roam.
