My experience overall has been very positive. I have taken these for the general benefits that omega 3 fatty acids provide, like reducing inflammation. My joints feel great after physical activities, my skin look better, healthier. By the way, no fishy aftertaste, which is important.

I have a problem eating oily fish so take this supplement. It is the only product that if taken before food does not repeat a horrible fish taste. More expensive but other products often have a horrible fish taste repeating on me after I have taken them. I will continue using this product. Excellent.

Great stuff! You can tell it’s a quality supplement. It has a pleasant lemony taste and does not taste fishy. My energy has increased as has my mental sharpness.
