Return issues.
Hidden return policies. Says free returns when purchased. Now received message of the return policy. Says up to 10% minimum restocking fee upon inspection of item. So you don't even know how much of a restrocking fee you will be charged. Laptop gets hot and fan is loud and turns on and off frequently.

Gets hot fast
Computer gets too hot after 5 minutes of use. The fan is loud and distracting. Completely overheated when plugged in. Smaller than advertised. It says it has a 15.6 in screen but when measured it's only 14 in. Planning on returning.
