Love it ! Cat shed had the heat needed cooling! They love it and so easy to run ,move and hook up! Best money I ever spent!

The instructions are awful. They leave out what to do with parts like COMPLETELY and the thing is leaking water (or SOME FLUID) alllll throughout my rug so I can’t even use the AC and it’s all I have! There’s parts I don’t know what to do with and I have no money to buy another AC and I have a 6 month old baby! My rug is SOAKED. I followed the instructions THROUGH AND THROUGH and every drain is shut that is visible so I don’t know why something is POURING OUT when I turn it on! DO NOT BUY!!! It has all over the box “if you have any problems and we hope you won’t, call this number for great service” … I feel like they purposely leave shot out just so you have to pay for their service!!! DO NOT BUY ITS A HOAXXXXXXXXXXX!!!!!!! They ripped this single mom off and now I do not know what to do! It probably cost money to return it so… idk just please don’t buy it. I don’t want anyone else getting ripped off by these people… there’s not a single name for the company on ANY PART OF THIS! Not the ac, no the manual, not the box, and the name on Amazon? Not even a real product or company so I can’t even look up how to fix it online or anything! They make it so it does NOT work and you HAVE to pay them! It’s FRAUD A HOAX DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOTTTT BUY THIS!!!! DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give ZERO stars…. They don’t deserve a single star. The media could not be loaded. The exhaust plates don't fit a standard window.There is no groove in plates for sill to sit so you have to use duct tape to keep it from sliding around.When you try to cut the plates to size, they crack.Most importantly: IT'S TOO LOUD AND IT DOESN"T COOL AS WELL AS IT SHOULD. It sounds like there is a tiny lawnmower going in my room. I've attached a video, but the audio doesn't do it justice.I've emailed customer service about returning it. We'll see how that goes.

this ac hardly cools the room down. its still pretty warm in the room. only used it a few times and my electric bill is already up by 40% : (

It is loud. There's only a high and low setting for the fan, not the air conditioner, so you can't even adjust it to be a little less loud.After being left on all night at 69 degrees it made the room 74 degrees (outside was 67). Very little ability to keep the air cool.It's not even portable. The directions literally tell you that you have to duct tape it to the window. You have to use DUCT TAPE to place it in the window.The size is also all wrong. It doesn't fit in standard windows, just check the other reviews.

I bought my first 4000 btu last summer for $399, and I really liked it. It did an excellent job to cool my high ceiling 12 x 20 bedroom. The noise is less than the 10000 btu at Costco. No issue with water drainage. Installation and maintenance is super easy. Also high quality and construction. 5 Stars.That's why I buy again just last week for $469 for another bedroom. I then find out that they are really thirsty for Amp. Each will draw 11.9 A at high fan setting. Unfortunately for the way my home was built, both bedrooms are drawing electricity on the same 15A circuit breaker. So when I have both units running at the same time, the 15A circuit breaker will be stripped. Right now I can get around by replacing 15A with 20A circuit breaker, and running both units at low fan speed. I am considering returning the 2nd unit, and in contact with Euhomy Customer Service. They are quite helpful.In conclusion: You won't be disappointed to get one. This 14000 btu is better, but less expensive, less noise than the weaker unit currently on sale at Costco. Buy more than one, you better check your home's circuit before buying.

A lot of $$ for a single exhaust unit that didn't last more than 2 seasons, used sparingly (not constantly on a daily basis). Condensing fins/coils stopped working and the unit no longer cools, despite every other major part (fan motor and compressor) working fine. Customer service will not help either. Recommend going with a cheaper dual hose unit. More efficient and less of a dent in your wallet when it eventually stops working.Update 5/24/2024: I'm updating my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars, not bc of the product itself (still broken), but bc Euhomy customer service (in particular Zeki) eventually made efforts to offer replacing my unit with a free AC-8 (AC-14 has been discontinued). The AC-8 still works for our room size (11x12). If there was any doubt in my mind that Euhomy customer service just goes through the motions only to be unhelpful for customers with out-of-warranty issues, they are gone now. I would consider other Euhomy products again solely bc of their customer service approach.
