The resistance is non existing. You definately can hear the machine when you are on it. It feels sturdy but the assembling was far from peachy. Some of the screws were rusty and wouldn't fit in properly in fact my machine has a gap and you can hear the handles sliding right/left. Contact the seller for another washer but it seems it only comes with one... Go figure.Does the job but not that good a machine. Wouldn't recommen quite fairly.

Easy to assemble and move. Good for light weight exercise. Plastic protection on nuts are loose but overall worth money. Better than traveling to gym just to have basic exercise.

Easy to use. I find it best used as the cross trainer, as i find it difficult to reach handles comfortably to use as a bike.

Very disappointed with this purchase. Very noisy flywheel, barely noticeable resistance differentiation and, unless you happen to resemble an orangutan, seat too far back from the arms to use sensibly as a bike. Have wasted my money on this. After 1 day have purchased what I hope will be a far superior, fit-for-purpose replacement.
