This wireless headset is a great product. The sound is great, the right amount of noise cancellation and perfect for an outdoor environment. Its Microphone is nice and delivers realistic sound when speaking without any feedback or background noise. Its setup is simple for each method and the manual is quite detailed. One can use it through its USB connector as well as wirelessly though Bluetooth, as does the traditional hardwired connection to a PC. The ear pads are very comfortable to wear; and soft and provide a lot of coverage. There are manual controls on the headset itself in case you prefer to use. It does come with a carry bag in case you want to carry it on the road. Overall, a decent piece for the money.

I ordered this Wireless Headset with Mic to replace a corded set that I've been using for years. Having tried a couple of other brand name headsets, I ended up returning to my older corded set, because I never could get the volume high enough or they were super uncomfortable.With this Wireless Headset, I actually have to turn the volume setting down some because they have PLENTY of volume. I use the headset mainly on Teams conference calls and everyone says that my voice comes through loud and clear on their end. Comfort-wise, I can wear these for a couple of hours comfortably and with no problems.So far, I'm very happy with the overall performance, fit and functionality of this headset and will order the same ones when it comes time to replace them.

The media could not be loaded. PROS: Good for listening to online music, watching online movies, and playing video games on your laptop. I like the stylish design of this headset. The earcups are a super comfortable on my ears, great cushion -- feels like soft, mini pillows against my ears. The size of the ear cups are also nicely shaped and not bulky huge or heavy. The ear cups can be turned at various angles to fit comfortably over the ears. I like the design of the head band of this headset because I can easily adjust to the size of my head and it clamps onto the head at a comfortable level, without squeezing your head so hard like other headsets. It's great for listening to on line music and watching movies online from your computer or laptop. Pairing the headset to my cell phone via Bluetooth was very easy. The instructions were clear and came with pictures. It was also easy to use the provided USB dongle. Pairing was easy. The color of the headset -- silver and black combination gives the headset a cool, futuristic look. It also comes with a nice, velvety drawstring style storage pouch.CONS: The microphone did not capture my voice as clearly as I had hoped it would. I did a test by speaking into the headset's mic and leaving 3 audio messages on my voicemail, and the audio playback all came out muffled. The words were audible, but the sound of the words were NOT crisp. The audio quality sounded like I was speaking from behind closed doors or speaking through a cloth. I also test recorded the audio with my laptop’s audio recording software, and the audio quality from the headset's mic also came out muffled.

I ordered these for a spare, as my over-the-ear headphones that I use for work are beginning to show their age. I can't be stuck without a set, so I like to have backups.I would prefer a less obtrusive microphone, but this style has its place. The on-the-ear style of these is not quite as comfortable to me, but I was able to wear them for long periods of time with no discomfort. There is a good deal of adjustability, which is important since I have a very large head.Pairing with this was simple, the voice responses are intuitive, and the volume/mute buttons are well-placed. The "pair" button is spring loaded, so you have to hold it to the left until pairing is finished. I actually liked this as opposed to other models that have a time limit.
