I am using the product as directed. I bought it to help my nails that are shredding and splitting. They are better. It will take a full 3 months for 100% improvement. I am confident that will happen.

The results that I am getting from this product are about the same that I have received from other similar products. I do believe in the collagen protein and what it does for my hair and nails, skin and joints. However, the mixability of this product is very low. It clumps in my coffee. It will be the thing that keeps me from ordering it again. I’m doing the same thing that I have done with similar products for a couple of years, but I’m not getting the same results and I’m having to move clumps from my coffee.
