Having purchased this I discovered that it was not what we needed so was of no use to me. However, having said that, the unit was compact, what I expected it to be, and, if that had been the problem that I needed to sort out, would have been perfect!!!

This HDMI splitter works exactly as described and has been perfect for duplicating my screen onto two monitors. Setup was simple – just plug it in, connect the USB power, and it was ready to go with no extra software or configuration needed. The picture quality is excellent, with no lag or loss in resolution, even when running in 4K. I appreciate that it’s compact and lightweight, making it easy to carry for work or travel. The included USB power cable is handy, but it’s important to use a proper 5V/1A power adapter for the best performance. I’ve tested it with both my laptop and games console, and the sound and video come through flawlessly on both screens. It’s worth noting that it mirrors the display rather than extending it, which is exactly what I needed for presentations and duplicate displays. The build quality feels solid, and compatibility has been great with all my HDMI devices. Overall, it’s a reliable, plug-and-play solution for splitting a single HDMI source to two screens without any hassle.

Quality is great - no problems and fits snugly

Does the job. I actually made a mistake buying this. I wanted an extended screen. This is just to duplicate the screen. My fault not reading correctly. For screen duplication, it works fine. I’m sure if I ever need to to that, I’ll use it again lol

Very cheaply built. Power connection did not fit correctly. Tried to tape it in place but power was still intermittent and the unit never actually worked.

The item works fine and does what I need. However I am only giving it three stars as I think the description is very misleading. The main photo clearly shows a HDMI lead which is not included. All you get is the small splitter itself and a short USB cable to get power from you own USB power supply. The supplied USB cable was not long enough for my setup but fortunately I had others. Whilst it is reasonably obvious that no power supply is included the fact that no HDMI cable is provided is almost hidden. As a decent cable costs at least half as much as the splitter this is significant in the buying decision. Reading other reviews I am clearly not the only person to have been mislead by this.

Utterly useless. Tested with several different HDMI leads and screens were not recognised on connection. No info or problem-solving info with device. Not-so cheap tat.
