Really love this recliner. Assembled very easily (more work unboxing then assembly). Fits well in my limited space but I fit in it well (I’m 6’3”). We will see how it holds up but for the price it’s perfect for the guests bedroom.

Update: The customer service team for this product reached out to me to apologize for their mistake, and offered us a smaller, complimentary chair of a different style to try and rectify the situation. I adjusted my stars for this review from one star to three to reflect their customer service, but did not want to go higher than three as the mistake was still made and caused a major and potentially expensive inconvenience for the consumer. Having a significantly inaccurate product description is a major error to make, especially for such a large and expensive item.We specifically purchased this chair for our nursery because, according to the product description, it was a rocking recliner. The product description stated:[Manual Lounge Chair]: The recliner boasts a soothing rocking function that promotes relaxation, making it ideal for lulling children to sleep or unwinding after a long day at work. The gentle rocking motion helps to ease stress and create a calming environment. Built with robust wooden and metal supports, the recliner chair has long-lasting stability and ensures a comfortable rocking experience.We received the chair today, set it up, and discovered that it did NOT rock after all. I emailed customer service to find out if we missed a step during set up - the manual bragged about their exceptional customer service - and within an hour, the option for the chair we purchased was no longer listed as an option to buy. We have yet to hear back from their customer service and had to go through Amazon customer service to come to a resolution.If you are considering a recliner with cup holders that rocks, this is NOT the chair for you, nor is this a company that I would trust purchasing from.

I bought two of these to go in our camper and they fit perfectly! I was excited about the massage factor but it’s underwhelming to say the least. I think the heat will be alright and I love the cupholders.

Bought for my husband & he absolutely loves it. Especially after a long day at work.
